How it works
Every new venue in London must apply for a premises licence from their local council. These applications are public record. We monitor these registers systematically, every week, across London boroughs.

What makes our leads different
Every lead goes through a multi-step verification and enrichment process. You get a complete picture of each new venue — not just a name and address.
Company and director data
We identify the company behind each application, verify its registration status, and find the directors responsible for purchasing decisions.
Contact discovery
Phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles for each venue — so you can reach the right person directly.
Trading status verification
We cross-reference multiple public sources to confirm whether the venue is pre-opening, recently opened, or already established — so you know where to focus.
Application analysis
We analyse the actual licence application to understand what they are building: venue type, planned operating hours, and any conditions that affect your pitch.
Scoring and operational needs
Each lead is prioritised by purchase intent and tagged with what they are likely to need: kitchen equipment, EPOS, security, refrigeration, bar supplies, and more.
What you receive
A weekly CSV file with over 30 data points per lead, sorted by priority. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CRM.
