Overview

These terms govern your use of the LicenceLeads website (licenceleads.co.uk) and our lead data subscription service. By using our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms.

LicenceLeads provides business-to-business lead intelligence for hospitality suppliers. Contact: hello@licenceleads.co.uk.

The service

LicenceLeads monitors publicly available council licensing registers and enriches the data with information from Companies House, Google, and the Food Standards Agency. We deliver this enriched data to subscribers as weekly CSV reports.

What we provide

• Weekly lead reports covering new premises licence applications in our covered London boroughs
• Each lead enriched with company data, contact details, web presence, and operational needs scoring
• Reports delivered via email every Friday

What we do not guarantee

• Completeness: We aim to capture all applications but cannot guarantee 100% coverage. Council portals may have downtime or delayed publication.
• Accuracy: Data is sourced from public registers and enriched algorithmically. While we verify against multiple sources, we cannot guarantee every data point is correct. You should independently verify information before relying on it for business decisions.
• Outcome: We provide leads, not customers. Commercial success depends on your own sales process.

Data usage

The lead data we provide is licensed for your internal business use only. You may:

• Use the data to identify and contact prospective customers
• Import the data into your CRM or sales tools
• Share the data within your organisation

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data to third parties
• Publish the data publicly (in whole or in part)
• Use the data to build a competing service

Subscription and payment

• Pricing: As displayed on our pricing page at the time of subscription
• Billing: Monthly, via invoice or card payment
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice of any price increase. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

Free samples

We offer free sample reports to prospective customers. Samples contain real data from our current dataset. Requesting a sample does not create a subscription or payment obligation. Sample data is subject to the same usage restrictions as subscription data.

Intellectual property

The data we deliver is compiled from publicly available sources. Our value lies in the systematic collection, enrichment, and presentation of that data. The compiled dataset and our enrichment methodology are our intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicenceLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We provide the service “as is” and make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
