Where does the data come from?
Every new venue in the UK must apply for a premises licence from their local council. These applications are public record. We monitor these registers and enrich each lead using multiple public and commercial data sources to build a complete profile of each venue.
How many leads will I get per week?
It depends on the borough and week. Southwark typically generates 3-8 new applications per week. As we expand to more boroughs through 2026, the volume will increase. Every lead is enriched and prioritised — you get quality, not just quantity.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data comes from publicly available sources such as council licensing registers and government business records. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for B2B data processing. We are ICO registered.
Can I filter by venue type?
Yes. Each lead includes venue type (restaurant, bar, pub, nightclub, etc.), operational needs (kitchen equipment, EPOS, security systems, etc.), and a priority score. You can filter the CSV by any column.
What format is the data?
You receive a CSV file with over 30 data points per lead, including trading name, address, venue type, director name, phone, email, operational needs, and priority score. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CRM that accepts CSV imports.
Do you offer an API?
Not yet, but it is on our roadmap. If API access is important to you, get in touch — it helps us prioritise.
